I truly love what I do, and I love helping people reach their goals — no matter what path they take to get there. Whether it’s GLP-1 medications, fasting, keto, carnivore, or another approach, I believe the best plan is the one that works for that individual and helps them create a healthier, happier life.
But reaching a goal is only part of the journey. Maintaining it is where real life begins.
